NAPA Auto Parts with the continuing support of the Mexican National Soccer Team, traveled to the California Bay Area to celebrate with all the fans during the Fútbol Fiesta Celebrations and the opening of the “EL TRI” U.S. Tour 2010.  Mexico will play in six cities across the country between February 24th and May 13th.

On February 24th, thousands of fans gathered at the NAPA Fan Zone during the pre-game festivities waiting for the match against the Bolivian National Team to begin.  Mexico brought their unique soccer style and left the audience wowed with a 5-0 score.

On Wednesday March 3rd, El Tri headed down to Southern California to face World Cup-bound New Zealand.  The match took place at the Historic Rose Bowl in Pasadena reuniting 90,526 fans, one of the largest crowds to watch a soccer match at the Rose Bowl in more than a decade. The Final score of this match was 2-0.

Hundreds of fiesta-goers enjoyed the onstage activities at the NAPA stage.  NAPA continues promoting Futbol Fiesta as a “Family event,” where many infused the place with joy and anticipation as they waited anxiously to win the raffle for an official El TRI jersey and the official El TRI soccer balls, both signed by the team, and a pair of tickets for the game. But with NAPA everyone wins! Those present euphorically received the new NAPA Pure Passion t-shirts, as well as NAPA soccer balls, and other great premiums during the activation and during the first half of the match.

Con el continuo apoyo a la Selección Mexicana de Futbol, NAPA AutoParts viajó a Baja California para celebrar la gran apertura del Tour Estados Unidos de “El Tri” 2010.  México jugará en seis ciudades de la nación desde febrero 24 a mayo 13.

El 24 de febrero en el Candlestick Park en la ciudad de San Francisco, miles de fanáticos se reuinieron en el “NAPA FAN ZONE” durante las festividades de pre-apertura del partido contra Bolivia.  México, con su estilo de juego único dejo a los fanáticos festejando con un 5-0.

El 3 de marzo, El Tri viajó hasta el Sur de California para enfrentarse al equipo de Nueva Zelandia, equipo que estará participando en la Copa Mundial 2010.  El partido tuvo lugar en el histórico estadio Rose Bowl en Pasadena, reuniendo 90,526 fanáticos, siendo esta una de las asistencias más altas que ha tenido el Rose Bowl para un partido de fútbol.  México terminó victorioso con un 2-0.

Cientos de espectadores disfrutaron en la tarima de NAPA durante la celebración del Fútbol Fiesta antes del partido. Muchos bailaron al ritmo de la música y participaron de las rifas durante el evento. Camisetas y balones autografiados por integrantes del equipo de México, fueron varios de los premios repartidos durante el evento al igual que artículos promocionales de las tiendas NAPA locales.
